I recently did some more work with the British Army Coaches in Germany. Army Head Coach Axel Rees and Coach Development Co-ordinator Mike Bamsay – both proud Welshmen, travelled with me to deliver a series of courses in Paderborn, Sennelager and Beidlefeld.
